Ghana’s tourism industry keeps witnessing significant improvement over the years making the country a major tourism destination. Tourism infrastructure including hotel accommodation, transportation and tourism sites keeps registering quality.
This is a positive development which reinforces the growing perception and fact that Ghana has become a first choice destination in the West Africa region when it comes to looking for an ideal location to tour in respect of exploring domestic and international tourism opportunities
GREAT SIGHTS AND SCENES:
Ghana is a land of festivals. Our celebrations with great durbars of chiefs in gold regalia, full of dancing and drumming, reverberate with images of our great cultural heritage and traditions and reflect the passage of nature’s calendar, so important in the preservation of our culture.
Throughout the year and throughout the country our people love to celebrate, and the great sights and scenes reflected in these festivals create for every visitor a memory to be cherished.
