ATLAS RENT - A - CAR

is a company incorporated in Ghana with the aim of providing car rental and hospitality services to the fast growing business and tourism sector of the economy.

We have been in business since October 2003 with highly experienced and dedicated personnel who have considerably long service in the car rental industry.

Our clientele; past and present encompass some of Ghana’s blue chip companies such as Tullow Oil Ghana Ltd., Newmont Ghana, Guinness Ghana Breweries, Barclays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, BAT, Charterhouse Productions Limited, Consolidated Shipping Limited, West African Network for Peace Keeping (WANEP) and Cadbury Ghana to name just a few.

We endeavor to provide current model vehicles in excellent condition both visually and mechanically with all vehicles in our current fleet equipped with radio cassette stereo/ CD, fully air-conditioned and seat belts.
We also offer around the clock breakdown service and provide a replacement vehicle in the unlikely event of an irrecoverable breakdown.

At Atlas, we offer a wide range of vehicles from a variety of car manufacturers. Our fleet includes vehicles from small economy, luxury executive cars, 12/15 seater buses, 25/33 seater buses, 45 seater buses and multipurpose double cabin pickups to cross country 4x4 vehicles.
All our vehicles are less than a year or two old and are fitted with fire extinguishers, triangles, first aid kits etc. Our vehicles are comprehensively insured in adherence to the conditions of DVLA and are serviced every 5000km by relevant motor companies.
Drivers are uniformed, knowledgeable and familiar with the country. They all posses authorized driver identification; (Driving License) and are trained to administer basic first aid.
All drivers have a minimum of 5-10years of driving experience and attend refresher courses every 6months.
All drivers are medically and physically fit and of sound mind.

Tracking devices can be installed if required to provide detailed purchase activity reports to facilitate the monitoring of driver activity, speed control, performance etc. and therefore set purchasing policies.
Atlas offers unlimited mileage for usage within and outside Accra. An allowance of $10.00 and $20.00 per day is paid to the driver for in and out of town travel respectively, and $30.00 for out of country travel.
